Digital Trade, Development, and Inequality

چکیده

The links between and among digital trade, development, inequality are multifaceted ever evolving. They depend on what is understood as development inequality, concepts that transcend the North-South divide, fora in which these issues arise. Conceptually, intrinsically intertwined measures to address both often complementary or even same. In this essay, we consider pertaining ability of developing countries least-developed (LDCs) shape participate economy, particularly, regulatory framework for trade. We explore how relationships addressed main venues trade rulemaking: World Trade Organization (WTO) Preferential Agreements (PTAs). then examine two contentious trade: customs duty moratorium data governance.
